accredited nursing program, Bachelor Degree preferred.
Minimum of
5 years applicable experience in Surgical Services, 2 years supervisory
experience desirable
- CRNA
- Anesthesiologist -
Medical Degree or Foreign Medical Equivalent, plus completion of four (4)
year residency training in anesthesiology.
(Must be eligible to obtain WV Medical
License)
